Factory Layouts

The overall production layout requires detailed discussion between ourselves, the designers, and you, the plant owner and operator.

Working together we can discuss the product flow, people flow, hygiene and cleaning requirements to arrive at the optimum layout.

This is generally an iterative process with input from all levels of management and operatives.

We are experienced in holding meetings on site, making presentations across shift patterns, minuting comments and providing drawings in digital format until a solution falls out.

We currently use Solidworks (3D and animation) or Autocad as benchmark drafting packages for compatibility with most customers’ internal systems.
